Phil Arneson was asked to join Concurrent's board of directors by the company's bondholders, who had not been pleased with the company's and previous board's performance. The new board installed a new Chief Executive, and Arneson, working with management and other directors, ensured that Concurrent was successfully restructured. A remarkable turnaround.
